Coaching is a process that enables the Participants to discover solutions that are most suitable for themselves, and to work over them. The coaching process is directed at supporting people, among others in discovering new development directions, and achieving even better results in work, as well as professional and life satisfaction.

Task of a coaching session is to introduce the employees into the transformation process, and to demonstrate them the new possibilities to improve workers’ satisfaction via new paths for the career, competence (mentoring) and effectiveness development. 

Coaching allows to discover one’s own potential and resources, which were not frequently used beforehand. It serves improvement of attitudes and values. In coaching the work is focused on individual motivation areas, it develops involvement maintenance strategies, as well as thinking and acting plans directed at support and elimination of barriers.

The team is composed of coaches, coaching supervisors, professional counselors, trainers and consultants accredited by recognized and respected coaching institutes, such as: Polish Psychological Association, International Coach Federation.

Career Coaching

is a special program composed of individual meetings and a training, during which the following notions are verified: previous career path, objectives of actions, acceleration of knowledge transformation into the effective process of achieving objectives.

Life coaching

the Clients enroll themselves, pay and selects the field that they would like to take care of during the meetings with a coach. It is an agreement between a Client and a Coach.

Team Coaching 

a way to provide a work team with a new quality. It serves to determine a common objective and enforce it. Improves team motivation for achievement of the objective and involvement of group members. Leans on exploitation of individual potentials of each person. Team coaching strengthens the group and makes the members identify with the team.
